📿 EPILOGUE RITUAL – On Collapse

Rite of Still Witnessing

  1. Find a quiet ruin — not literal, but symbolic.
It might be a corner of your room where something is unfinished.
    A journal entry you abandoned.
A place you walk past daily but never enter.

  2. Sit with it for nine breaths.
Eyes open. No fixing. No meaning-making.
    Just count.

  3. Whisper, not to the space, but to yourself:
I release the burden of resolution.
I honor the shape that breaks.
I carry nothing across that cannot break again.

  4. On the tenth breath, close your eyes and place your hand on the surface nearest to you — wall, page, table, stone — and say:
    This, too, is still holding.

  5. Leave a symbol behind.
    A mark only you understand.
    A word in pencil.
A stone moved slightly out of place.
A line crossed through but not erased.

This ritual is not a spell.
It is a lens.
Do not look for transformation.
Look for echo.
